our stay at Knight Inn was beyond our expectations. the location was perfect, right in the heart of Galle fort. the rooms were immaculate and the caretaker, Krishantha, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. highly recommend for anyone visiting Galle.

breakfast timing was off

I recently stayed at Knight Inn in Galle for a few nights and I couldn't be happier. The hotel was recently renovated and everything was spotlessly clean. The room had AC and the shower was the best I've had in Sri Lanka. The host was incredibly nice and brought breakfast to our table in front of the room at our preferred time. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and just a short walk to the sea wall. The price for the quality of the room was a steal. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just spent an amazing Christmas at this hotel in the heart of Galle Fort. Loved how clean and spacious the rooms were, with the best showers we've experienced in Sri Lanka. the owner was incredibly friendly and even brought breakfast to our room at the time we requested. the location was superb, right in the middle of all the tourist attractions and surrounded by souvenir shops, boutiques, and jewelry stores. And after a day of exploring, we could relax in their beautiful garden, enjoying delicious food and drinks.

It was a hassle that the hotel only accepted cash payments and not credit cards. some areas of the hotel, like the main room at the entrance, could do with a refresh and better decoration.

Spent a lovely Christmas holiday at a cozy hotel. The large comfortable room had both AC and a ceiling fan, and the bathroom was sparkling clean with a hot shower. Breakfast served on a narrow balcony overlooking the courtyard each morning included options such as eggs, toast, and fresh fruit. The location was ideal with a wide selection of shops and restaurants just steps away, and the nearby sea wall was perfect for a morning stroll.

The hotel lacked some attention to detail and could have used a few updates and repairs. The room could have used a bench or some hanging storage for clothing, and the front area of the hotel appeared a bit worn.

Tucked into a historic district, we found ourselves surrounded by lovely boutiques, souvenir and antique stores, and many attractions that made our weekend stay more enjoyable. the best part was the convenience of the location and the quiet sanctuary of our room. We rested well thanks to the comfortable bed, air conditioning, and accommodating staff who brought us breakfast each morning. Plus, the high ceilings provided a charming touch.

It could have been better if there was a seat or bench in the room to place our luggage.

I always choose this place for my stay without regrets. The staff found my lost ID card on my first stay. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour reception, airport shuttle, in-room breakfast, pets allowed. Coming back for a city break.

The breakfast was delicious with both continental and local options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
